Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can switch plans or cancel your subscription from your account page at any time. Downgrades and cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Inspectlet will stop recording new sessions once you've reached your monthly limit. Your existing recordings and heatmaps remain accessible. Your limit resets at the start of each billing cycle, or you can upgrade to a higher plan for more capacity.
No. The tracking script loads asynchronously and is served from a global CDN, so it won't block your page rendering. Inspectlet is designed to have zero impact on your site's load time and user experience.

Data retention depends on your plan — from 1 month on the free plan up to 24 months on Enterprise. Recordings, heatmaps, and analytics are all available for the full retention period. You can also download individual recordings for permanent archiving.
